How Dynamics CRM 2013 Localization process work? -

i want know how dynamics crm 2013 localize strings; after investigation, found localize entity labels such displayname in localizedlables table labels in menus , buttons , controls; there table called displaystringbase doesn't contain localizations; dynamics crm use resource files or not? want know detailed process of localization in dynamics crm 2013.

dynamics crm has supported way localize strings, need export them excel file , import back. here tutorial:

im using jpicker color selector in form. have clear value set window/icon 'no color selected' state. i've tried following: $(':input[name="color"]').val(''); //access value directly.
