jQuery UI Dialog Buttons not showing -

i'm attempting use jquery ui dialog box within version of x-cart. problem buttons dialog not show whatsoever. here latest jsfiddle showcasing functionality trying implement.

when go , implement version of x-cart following errors, , hence buttons not show: uncaught typeerror: undefined not function

cgi - How do I interpret URLs without extension as files rather than missing directories in nginx? -
