networking - Send message alert to multiple computers on a network -

i have simple question. @ school today , had managed send message alert saying 'hello' every computer in library. took while messages go away, no-one rid of it. don't want did, interested in how did it. i'm studying computer science major @ school.

cgi - How do I interpret URLs without extension as files rather than missing directories in nginx? -
